    According to the Clay Travis Theory of American Sport, University-6 should suffer a massive fan backlash from removing Papa John's name from its stadium. I'm going to guess that won't happen.

    See, I can kind of understand if BBQ isn't your taste, but as a food concept it is amazing. Somehow smoke and patience makes millions of people crave cuts of meat that are otherwise pretty much inedible.

    Pulled pork has too much fat for my taste, usually, but when you get it right, pulled pork is damned tasty. Actually that's my complaint about a lot of barbecue: Too much of the meat has just gobs of solid fat.

    Barbecue has won this battle more than once. But for me, the mess associated comes close to not making it worth the meal. I'm usually not like that, but there's something about being so sticky that you're embarrassed to touch a doorknob, even after wiping down your hands ...
