    My technique was akin to a rockslide (think of the collapsing action), so I'll sit on the sidelines and enjoy the tales...

    Say that wasn't near me, was it? I used to work with a guy who had a skullet, was short and a bit older than me. And he seemed like the kind of guy who just might dally in a band.

    What is a skullet?

    I got more lines than a coke kingpin. Few work.
    The pizza line is OK, the chubby line is good for a laugh. But they're old. These days, I even fail with The Queen.

    Skullet = balding mullet

    One of first sportswriters I ever worked with had one. His daughter's mullet, on the other hand, was in full effect.
