Best Sports Chants

My students at my alma mammy pick out a dorky player on the opposing team, and hound him with "Vir-gin" chants every time he touches the ball.

 

And neither of those is as bad as "over-rated, clap, clap, clap-clap-clap." Easily the worst chant ever.

 

No votes for "Here We Go, Steelers. Here We Go!" yet?

Soccer fans in England easily have the best songs and chants.

 

In honor of my alma mater's showdown with Miami tonight, the Ohio University OZone's signature chant...

 

I thought this thread was about Coastal Carolina.

 

They're the O-Zone? How long has that been going on?

MSU also has the O-Zone, it's the crappy upper-bowl seats at the Breslin that aren't in the Izzone.

 

Rhode Island fans: U-R-I

Providence fans shouting them down: U-R-IDIOTS

 

The best, and it's not close, is YNWA.

 

I think Flyers fans hit rock bottom one game when they start chanting "Get a Porsche" at some goalie.

 

I haven't scanned the whole thread, but I think it's Michigan fans that chant "It's all your fault! It's all your fault!" and point at the opposing hockey goalie when he allows a goal.

 

We have gone nearly two whole pages and not one mention of Rock Chalk Jayhawk? Forshame.

 

OZone at OU was founded in like January '02, I think. As you can see in the video, they've got the best seats in the house for basketball.
