    In my experience, the best way to determine if a person is a serious fan or just a casual viewer is to ask them if they know who Ruthie Cohen is.

    Toss up between Peterman and Putty for me.

    My wife is a huge Seinfeld fanatic, and we have one basic disagreement -- I despise virtually any episode involving Jerry's parents, and she loves them.
