Superbad: Near the beginning of the movie, when Jonah Hill talks to his Home-Ec teacher about the class being bullshit.
No Country: Anton Chigur and the flipping of the coin in the gas station.
Once: "When your mind's made up"
There Will Be Blood: The first 12 minutes or so.
    Knocked Up: The club scene.
Juno: When Juno breaks down in the car, and when Jennifer Garner opens the door and sees the note.
    Gone Baby Gone: Opening scene.

When Llewelyn first comes across that drug deal gone bad.

Barely a word spoken, but the sound and visuals put you in his shoes sublimely.

    Sirs, Madames,

The three detectives (Mark Ruffalo, Elias Koteas and Donal Logue) meet up with and sweat suspect Arthur Leigh Allen (John Carroll Lynch) in Zodiac. Although the Hurdy Gurdy Man opening scene is scary stuff.

    YD&OHS, etc
