I voted for Dazed and Confused, the definitive LZ song.

But I cannot believe no one -- NO ONE -- has even mentioned How Many More Times, surely one of the most underrated rock songs ever written.

Stairway to Heaven is way overplayed, and I totally agree with the other poster who says Dyer Maker is the biggest pile of dog feces ever recorded by a major artist.

    An even stronger counterargument.

No Misty Mountain Hop? Custard Pie? You Shook Me? Houses Of The Holy (song)?

I voted for In My Time Of Dying, which is great and all, but ...

I talked it over with Jimmy Page. After he regaled me with the mudshark story, tales of the Plasters Casters, and took time out to praise Satan, he gave me permission to give Led Zeppelin four new Viking runes to symbolize the band, the poll, the missing songs.

OK, the second one is Viking for the letter A. The last one is Viking for L. The other two are self-explana ... oh fuck it, and fuck you and your nebulous symbols, Jimmy.

No Carouselambra either, dammit! Do not deny John Paul Jones prog rock!

I'll take In My Time of Dying ... which I'm pretty sure is the only representative off Physical Graffiti on this list. That's a shame, it's a double album, their first on their new label after a five-record deal with Atlantic, and my favorite. Also missing:

    Traveling Riverside Blues
    How Many More Times
    The Rain Song
    Out on the Tiles
    Custard Pie
    The Wanton Song

That's the one I really feel I missed... I went through each album and obviously, that wasn't released until the box set.

That's in my Zep top five. What a great song.

Rock and Roll won a coinflip over Kashmir. I would've gone with Communication Breakdown had I known that it would've been the first vote for that song.

Wow. Here I thought I was going to get shredded for putting up 27 choices.

Thrilled there are a lot of Zep fans on the board.

That there are. And you could have put up 100 songs, someone would have come up with one not on the list.

That's my #1, but since it wasn't there, I voted for "Since I've Been Loving You." My favorite Zep song changes a lot, though. I could have easily voted for "Kashmir", "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You", "All My Love", "Going to California."
