    Good call on Driver 8. I'm a (hack) guitarist, and it's one of my favorite songs to play.

    Driver 8 does have a sweet opening. Most R.E.M. songs do. It's a by-product of being one of the best bands in rock history.

    Feel free to poke fun, but the intro to "We are the World".

    And it's extremely overplayed now, but I always liked the beginning of Journey's "Faithfully."

    So is "Sirius." But both belong on this thread. But if I were to include Journey, I'd go with "Separate Ways."

    I'm in agreement on "Separate Ways". I also like the piano playing in "Don't Stop Believing." I used to love that song, but I hear it on the radio 50 times a day, so it's kind-of been ruined for me.
