I believe that's only the top half of the cover. Do the google on their discography and I think you can find one that gives you the rest of the story picture.

And I was going to post their twin to this one "Fire", but I'm not sure it qualifies as SFW. Not that most pictures of a naked women wrapped in a fire hose would....

BTW, someone should mark this possibly NSFW. Since those are the best covers.

I don't know about these being the best, but they certainly are/were controversial:

Original Appetite For Destruction cover, Guns n Roses (loved that cover)

    Original Electric Ladyland cover, Jimi

    Blind Faith self-titled album cover

    Amorica, The Black Crowes

Nothing's Shocking & Ritual de lo Habitual, Jane's Addiction

Mom's Apple Pie, a group that Terry Knight produced in the Grand Funk era.

I've always been partial to Def Lep's Retro Active cover. Look at it one way and it's a skull, look at it a different way and it's a woman in front of a vanity. My dad bought it for me and admitted it was because it was CD on my Christmas list with the most interesting cover. It's also the only remotely cool cover Def Lep ever did IMHO.
