Best Christmas special/movie?

    How can "A Year Without Santa Claus" and "Santa Claus is Coming To Town" not be among the chioces? "A Year Without Santa Claus" is a classic with Mr. Heat Miser and Mr. Cold Miser.
    Also, as of a few minutes ago, A Christmas Story led It's a Wonderful Life by a couple of hundred votes.

    Year Without A Santa Clause is one of the best.


    The animated Grinch is outstanding as well.

    "Die Hard" is simply timeless. Hard to beat the warmth from that Christmas classic.

    1. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation: Simply one of the funniest movies of all-time, seasonal or no.
    2. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: Surprising depth and character development in this claymation classic.
    3. Star Wars Holiday Special: Get to know Chewbacca's family!

    On the TV ballot, I had to go with the White Christmas/Holiday Inn paired entry.

    But what I really want to see this holiday season is the Very Special Dragnet about the kidnapping of baby Jesus.

    I think my favourite part of "Lethal Weapon" comes near the end when Gary Busey is prowling around Danny Glover's house. "A Christmas Carol" is showing on TV and Scrooge asks someone what day it is. Busey machine-guns the TV, screaming, "IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!"
