Best chain restaurant

    I don't know if the loaded potato soup at O'Charley's is as good as it was in 1998. But I'd go there for lunch just to eat that soup. Yum.

    I've had it a couple of times, and it's way too salty for my tastes.

    Their rolls, however, I'd put up with Olive Garden's breadsticks and Red Lobster's biscuits in the free bread category.

    I take Morton's in the high-end steakhouse debate. Ruth's Chris has always disappointed me. I've found the steaks dry (or maybe just too lean) and it seems like they revel in dinging you for all the a la carte sides.

    Norman, ditto on P.F. Chang. I don't even really like hot and sour soup, but theirs is amazing. And their kung pao shrimp is the closest thing to crack I've ever found in a chain restaurant. One of my favorite meals on the planet.
