Hinkle's in Bloomington, Ind. As far as chains go, Five Guys. But I've never been to a Red Robin's.

I wouldn't say I was trying. It's more of an ancillary benefit.

    I believe that's McDowell's Big Mic.

I'm not saying they're the best ever, but if you're ever in Tuscaloosa or Starkville, try the burgers at Mugshot's. Good stuff.

Should my travels ever take me to New Orleans, I am going to Tucker's Tavern and, health be damned, order a Big Tuck. It's a burger stuffed with pepperjack cheese, American cheese and bacon, deep-fried, then covered with barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese shavings. If that doesn't spell EPIC WIN then I'm sorry, I just don't know what the words exist for then.

I heard Yo Mama's in New Orleans also serves a fantastic burger.

Never heard of them until I saw them on a best-of list tonight. The mention of the Port of Call burger triggered a memory of an article about a stuffed burger a few years ago. But then I've only been there the one time.

Should anyone be in or around Richmond, the best burger there is at Carytown Burgers and Fries. They do this thing called the Barnyard Brawl -- burger with a fried egg, cheese, chicken tenders, bacon and the usual burger toppings. Insanely good.

Other than the chicken tenders, that thing sounds fantastic. I'll be in Richmond in a month or so. I may check it out.
