Best 2013 movie you've seen

I think the only movie I saw in the theater was "This is the End."

A couple other movies I enjoyed more: "The Kings of Summer" and "The Way, Way Back."

I thought everything about the production from the writing to the acting to the directing was quality. Tye Sheridan as Ellis was good enough to deserve a best supporting Actor nomination even though I know there's no way that happens. Also, I didn't think there was a weak spot anywhere, which is rare for me.

My favorite movies of 2013 are Nebraska and Enough Said. 12 Years a Slave is my pick for best movie with Nebraska a close second.

Blue Jasmine and Her are on my list of 2013 movies I want to see.

    Enough Said was wonderful.
Wolf of Wall Street was the best Marty since Casino.

I get the love for American Hustle. Other than Jen Lawrence, it bored me to tears.

    Loved Frozen. Instant classic.

I'm just waiting for the inevitable five Olaf sequels.

I'm sure Frozen is very good, but since my children reached adolescence some years back, I have not seen a single animated film. I suffered a near-fatal overdose in the '90s.

    Same here....

I'll reserve my selection until I've seen Wolf of Wall St., Nebraska, 12 Years a Slave, Blue Jasmine and Her, which I'm probably seeing tonight. I enjoyed both American Hustle and Inside Llewyn Davis, though. I thought Christian Bale's performance in American Hustle was outstanding.

I can definitely relate. Most of the Pixar movies are pretty damn good. But Disney had put out more than it's share of movies that were somewhere between mediocre to pretty good and Frozen was by far the best since they put out Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Lion King in the late 80s early 90s.

You'll be blown away someday when you see Wall-E and Toy Story 2. Both were good enough to win Best Picture awards.

All three of the Toy Story movies are insanely good. I didn't like Wall-E as much as some did.

Saving Mr. Banks was quite good as well.
