    Why did the City of Berkeley back down then if they are on such firm constitutional ground?

    If you and sig feel so strongly about not backing the troops why be soft about it? Go stand outside a military base and wage a protest. It's within your rights. Why not take it a step further and wait at the airports as they come home and boo them as they come through their gate.
