Being Fat Won't Keep you from being executed

Here's one for the the fat criminals of the world. The defense lawyer should be on trial for even trying this stunt.

I support the death penalty.
This guy needs killing.
He denied, according to one report, that he killed the first two people.
Said it was a juvenile who was with him on the day in question.
Says, though, that he did kill another person who had been beating on a girlfriend.
This guy is afflicted. And should pay the highest price for his actions

 

"Too Fat To Die" would be a tremendous title for a Lifetime movie.

There was a dude in Washington years ago that tried the too fat excuse. He said his weight would cause him to be decapitated when they hung him which, according to him, was cruel and unusual punishment.

So what if that fat POS was decapitated? All that would have done is make double-sure his sorry ass was dead.
