I know Brady's great, but the Patriots aren't all about the quarterback.

Now that the NFC representative has been decided, the only thing that bugs me about Chicago being back in the Super Bowl is that for the next two weeks we can be assured of being inundated with the sight and sound of self-proclaimed Bears superfan Jim "My brother's been dead for 25 years and he's still twice as talented as I am" Belushi.

Hey screw you! Have you starred in a sitcom that inexplicably aired enough episodes to reach syndication? Have you ever kissed Courtney Thorne-Smith? THEN SHUT UP!!!! :D :D :D

Yeah, I know I've never seen a couple dozen or so actors with New York ties suddenly become fans of those teams.

That would never happen. Jim Belushi -- a true pioneer.

How about the 2007 pre-season pro football thread or the 2007 College football thread.

    A national basketball championship.

    A national football championship.

Now, Florida product Rex Grossman has a chance to win a Super Bowl.

All in less than 11 months.

Albert E. Gator, Lucifer is on Line 1. He's saying something about collecting.

2-0 on Super Bowl participant picks.

Manning and Grossman -- YOUR starting QBs. Yeah!

I think this will be a great game. Ultimately, I think the Bears D will give Peyton a breakdown, but I'm looking forward to it.

I'll take the Colts minus the points. However many that is.

Had I not left Indiana 15 months ago, I'd be covering this game. Instead, I'll make a three-hour drive to Miami in two weeks and watch the game from some establishment of my choosing with a group of Bears fans. Maybe I'll meet David Caruso.
