    I just think it's funny.

And I think that you guys know that those "titles" are a joke. But I think that you don't want to go against The Family.

I'm sorry that you don't like the fact that things were done differently in the pre-ESPN stone ages. I do think the way it is done now is better. I also think direct election of senators is better, but I don't run around pretending that there were no legitimate senators before the 17th Amendment was ratified.

If it's worth it for you to claim that title by having to engage in this level of rationalization, then it's worth it, I suppose. It's not how I'd want to do it, had I gone to a football-playing school, but I guess you guys have your reasons.

Good thing Oberlin doesn't play football. Those fuckers would be nasty.

My comments were taken out of context. This is an outrage.

Four Bama players arrested for 2nd degree robbery & credit card fraud. Not sure yet exactly what they did:

Pettway and Calloway were significant contributors last year, Hayes played mostly on special teams, while Williams redshirted. Calloway would probably have been the starting H-back next year and Pettway (previously best known as the guy who suplexed the Mizzou running back) would have played a lot if not started. Williams was a five-star recruit out of high school, and Hayes was probably a year away from starting at a loaded position.

Created a new thread. Figure it merits it now.
