  4. The state of Utah doesn't have more serious problems for the attorney general to tackle? It's still shameless grandstanding.

    Is this the only problem he's tackling? Is he spending the majority of his workday on this? Do you have any idea?
     
  6. Any state investigation would tie up resources and personnel that could be used elsewhere. I didn't realize Utah was immune to the economic downturn. As I said, it's still shameless grandstanding.

    I'm cool with shameless grandstanding if it goes up against the corrupt BCS and the NCAA.
