Batman 3? (Dark Knight spoilers included)

We must not forget the woefully underrated Stuck On You ... a very funny movie. Cher was tremendous.

 

Catwoman must be age-contemporary with Batman.

Therefore, unless they plan to do a version of the "Dark Knight Returns" novel featuring a bitter, burned-out, 60-ish Batman starring Adam West, you can forget about Cher.

Nolan has based the whole series on reasonably plausible believability (if you can believe the basic premise of a billionaire becoming a supremely-trained martial combatant/detective/vigilante, etc etc etc) so he's not going to have the 30-ish Christian Bale canoodling with the mid-60s Cher.

Depp would make a good Riddler, but if I were Nolan, I might cultivate a very friendly relationship with Depp with the idea of saving him for the next installment (2014) in the series.
