I'd love to see a local radio talk show guy give the Nats relievers a chance to critique Dibble's announcing.

Nats relievers aren't in a position to critique anything or anyone.

Oh, please. Given the state of the Gnats' bullpen those guys don't have any reason to throw stones.

    Edit: HA! Hi Moddy!

One could say the same thing about Dibble, though I've never heard his game work. My distaste is strictly off of the DP show.

How about as a reliever talking about relief pitching (or pitching in general)? It's possible he might know something about that, no matter how badly he articulates it.

Really can't disagree with Dibble's assessment of the situation. How the fuck do you pitch to Sheffield in that situation?

I would blame the manager, not the pitcher.
I know he sucks at his previous job. I'm guessing that the new forum didn't make him anymore knowledgable or insightful, but I concede that I don't know that for sure. Is that interesting too?

Somebody please use a rusty nail on Ben Francisco's knee.

    Pretty please.

The Red Sox staff has six wild pitches tonight in Minneapolis.

As a guy on SOSH said (which made me giggle, by the way):

As a guy who watches baseball mainly for the wild pitches, I'm enjoying this game tremendously.
