Of course, literacy is a wonderful thing.... and many here, by extension, could be parents in the district.
    There was no judicial ruling.

"The U.S. Education Department's Office for Civil Rights opened an investigation following an anonymous complaint. Ultimately, officials demanded that the seating and scoreboard be torn down because the upgrades are superior to Plymouth's girls' softball facilities"

OCR has a collective IQ of 12.

Which officials? OCR? School district? An umpire? Bud Selig?

Awesome! What are the obvious Title IX implications, Mr. Rohrbach? Please, just one ... just give me one, Mr. Rohrbach?

I so wish the school district had the guts to tell the OCR to fuck off.

Gotta agree with Baron here. I don't care if you hate softball/the OCR/hot dogs/apple pie/whatthefuckever, but the law is the law for a good reason.

Except that the law in question is being applied incorrectly by the brain-dead fuckwits at OCR.

And the softball parents still need to have their asses kicked.

The law is the law. The people enforcing it and worse, manipulating it, are the idiots.

If you couldn't tell that was a sarcastic analogy, then your sarcasm meter is broken. Or it never worked to begin with.
