Baseball stands ordered torn down for being better than softball's

I can't tell if you're being serious. If not, and you made me bite, kudos.

Girls baseball would actually be kind of interesting. But they'd need another field anyway, or else a ball out of the infield would be rare and a home run would be nonexistent.

    There is a U.S. National women's team ...

Your neigbor's home doesn't have anything to do with you because it's his private property, outside of certain things like property values.

Schools are mandated to provide equal facilities. That doesn't mean a softball field has to have 3,000 seats like the baseball field. But if they provide backs on the seats for baseball, they better provide them for softball.

It does sound like something soccer parents would do.

As with most things regarding athletics, you're wrong. They are under no obligation to provide backs on seats regardless of what a brain-dead judge in Michigan says.

Shit like this was never intended to be a Title IX issue but we have a lot of stupid judges in this country.

Under Baron's logic, softball fields would have to have the same playing dimensions as baseball fields.

Baron's values do seem to be quite impractical.

Um no, but if the school provided a locker room for baseball, then they need to provide one for softball.

The school isn't under an obligation to provide seatbacks for any sports, but if they allow one for the boys, then they have to have one for the girls, according to the judge.

But only because the judge is an idiot. And only an idiot would believe this was a just ruling.

I have a feeling there's much more to this story, just like the North Andover honor student who lied about being a designated driver for her friend when she was drinking at the party just like everyone else.
