I'm watching the highlights of Santana now, and he did look good. Granted, it's the highlights, so editing most likely played a factor. But 33 pitches through the first nine batters sounds pretty good to me.

You're doomed this season, but losing to the Rays isn't going to be the badge of shame it once was.

Sadly for you, however, losing to the Orioles may now carry that mantle.

All right, which one of you Brewer fans have too much time on your hands?

Last night the Astros pinch hit for Brad Ausmus with Darin Erstad.

Let that sink in for a minute.

Am I the only one who thinks he wasn't as smooth as everyone made him out to be? I thought he was a bit shaky. I can't imagine what he's like when he is completely on his game.

I didn't think he was shaky at all. As I said, very good, not great. Can't wait to see him really dominate.

I think I'm thinking too much about that home run. Someone wrote it was a flat changeup, but it looked like a hanging curveball to me. Anyway, speaking of changeups, who has the better one, Santana or Pedro in his prime?

Seems kinda redundant. Fail for fail.
