    400 employees, no bosses -- it's called anarcho-syndicalism!

    http://www.cnbc.com/id/100522971

after an endogenous process in which a self-organized committee hires a new employee, he or she is free to join and freely move around any of the company's myriad of projects. Where Google boasts 20 percent free time for its employees, Valve boasts 100 free time.

... hirings and firings can both be initiated by something as simple as a conversation between two employees in a hallway. And bonuses, which can sometimes be as large as 10 times an employee's base pay, are all subject to leaderless peer review.

Article says the company "could be worth" up to $4 billion although that valuation has not been tested. As a side note, I will add that this is the creator of the video game platform Steam, which is The Shit among teenagers.

So maybe it is the path to the future. And I'm sure the 4:20 meetings in the breakroom are awesome.

In the absence of an entity that can be known as The Man, I would think not.

So what happens if you're unfairly fired in the hallway?

You text a few of your co-workers and have them bring the guys who fired you out into the hallway.

A better company: One that has *all* bosses:
