Bad news for me: Court rules employees can be fired for being irresistible

    I have to agree that there is a difference between right and wrong and legal and illegal.

    Certainly the dentist was wrong, but people get fired for the wrong reasons all the damn time.

    You have to have some pretty specific rules protecting employees or else people would sue every time they got fired and judges would have to decide what was fair and what wasn't fair.

    There are a lot of reason to be fired.
    If I was fired for being "irresistible" I'd slap it on my resume in 80 point head.

    1) How many patients are going to leave this guy's practice because of what happened in this case?
    2) If she announces somewhere what dentist has hired her, how many new male clients will that dentist get of guys wanting to check her out?
