    "The human population is now so large that the amount of resources needed to sustain it exceeds what is available at current consumption patterns," Achim Steiner, the executive director of UNEP, said in a telephone interview. Efficient use of resources and reducing waste now are "among the greatest challenges at the beginning in of 21st century," Steiner said.

    Well, there is the cloning of cattle. When this government decides that it is okay to eat it, we'll see an increase in production.

    Clearly it's time to start enacting reproduction quotas... Any family (or single woman) rearing more than three kids should be forced to pay a harsh luxury tax...

    Obviously, we're going to need start using the land no one wants to touch. We'll start with North Dakota. Then we'll go to South Dakota. Then Memphis.
