So I get a survey from ABC, the television network, declaring "Your opinion counts" and asking me to take a short survey.
OK, I've got a second, so I'll bite.
First question: Your age, and gender. "50. Male." I hit the "next" button.
"Your survey is complete! Thank you for participating!"

It's an online survey about what ages and genders are most likely to respond to online surveys.

Lisa: It's awful being a kid. No one listens to you.
Abe: It's rotten being old. No one listens to you.
Homer: I'm a white male, age 18 to 49. Everyone listens to me -- no matter how dumb my suggestions are.

As long as you're male, 25-54, the sports talk stations love you.

It's ABC and Dancing with the Stars. You have to be at least 65 and christened Phyllis in order to watch that network.
