Baby Names ...

    About half the women on my mom's side of the family are named Maureen. We have Maureen, Little Maureen and Baby Maureen, and a few other Maureens scattered here and there without modifiers. Little Maureen and Baby Maureen are both mothers in their 40s now.

    Five girls in my two-year old son's pre-school class:

    Zoe, Chloe, Sami, Sammi and Jordan.

    We had a hard time naming our son (my wife rejected the name Nathan which we agreed to if our first born was a boy). She started with nicknames which she thought sounded cool, so we went through a stage where her choice was Dax. Oy.
