Anyone had a chance to see it? Maybe I'm a little late in the game, seeing though it's been out for quite some time, but I finally had a chance to check it out tonight and I came away very impressed.

Reading some reviews after I watched it, I was amazed at what many of the critics who panned the film failed to take a away from the movie.

Several critics tried to paint the film into a "Pay it Forward" meets "Crash" type of box, panning what they saw as a corny, contrived, humanistic morality play. But I thought the film's major theme was the sheltered existence that we Americans live, and I thought the director did an excellent job at portraying that.

Anyway, if anyone has seen it, chirp up, because I'd love to get some other perspectives.
