    The Italians wear blue, the Dutch wear orange, the Aussies wear yellow and green -- and those colors aren't in any of their flags. But hey, they're distinctive looks.

    Soccer is actually an English name for the game. Comes from "association football." Since we already had American "football" by the time soccer started to move in here with immigrants, soccer became the more accepted name.
