    At the Margaritaville casino in Shreveport, the craps table doesn't have a "Come" line ... It has a "Come Monday" line.

    Toby Keith is the winner.

    Another dark-horse super-wealthy guy in the country music industry is none other than Mr. Ray "They Call Him The Streak" Stevens, who owned a massive music publishing company, as well as lots of prime real estate all over the country.

    Never been to a Margaritaville (lineup was way too long at the one in Myrtle Beach) but I have enjoyed Buffett's books.
