Getting inspiration is fine. Just like reading a story and thinking, "Hey, I want to do a local version of this story," is fine. But copying a design note for note is visual plagiarism and is highly frowned upon.

 

How in the world do you copy a design "note for note" with different pictures and headlines?

Is it a huge concern? No. But it's better to draw inspiration than to copy. There's a fine line between the two.

 

Ah, I see what you mean. I really hope those papers are owned by the same company and something like that goes out to each of them, plugging in their specific numbers or stories. Otherwise, wow.

Those HAVE to be made by the same design hub,which is an entirely different situation IMO.
