A few years ago he got in hot water for using his blog to exhibit his frothing rage at not being good enough for ESPN.

    Big-time anger issues there.

I would be scared to employ someone who can't find a way to express himself better than that or control his anger.

Not a regular follower of his on Twitter, but he seemed to have a pretty quick trigger if someone replied to a tweet of his with an opposing viewpoint. Also seemed to enjoy playing the Avs fanboi role, getting into ever-escalating pissing matches with fans of opposing teams who dared to weigh in on his Twitter feed.

So not a surprise at all.

He's really lucky that's all he got. You can't defend that and The Post has another hockey writer on one of its college beats.

This isn't the first time this has happened. He had some ESPN rant a couple years ago.

You've got to be smarter than that.

You're definitely not the first to say that.

Seems like he'd be super fun to have a press box conversation with.

Just make sure you don't make HULK ANGRY!

He's a pretty mellow guy who is too emotionally attached to the team he's covered for almost 20 years.

The Hulk comparison is accurate. He's mellow and well-liked most of the time, but the instances when he explodes could wind up being the end of him. This is not the first or second time this has happened, although this is probably the worst instance that I know of.

I hope he gets it together.

Sounds like he needs to be moved to another beat, if he can't keep his emotions in check a little better.
