Proposed ordinance in Atlanta to make it illegal for those in our younger set to wear their pants at half mast.

Personally, anything that can keep kids from dressing in this manner, I'm all for. Stood in line at the local gas station this week where the kid in front of me really didn't even need to have pants on considering how low he was carrying his shorts.

Meanwhile, to ease any concerns for the travelling journalists out there who visit the ATL, this amendment has no affect on local strip clubs, so you're still able to experience fully nude dancers at your leisure....

Plumbers all over Fulton County are understandably angry at this development.

Plumbers are safe; they rarely show their Fruit of the Looms.

What does it say about our society when men are allowed to show their hairy crack, but not the top of their boxers?

Well, you know some nut job would complain about some toddler whose diaper is slipping and shows some crack when he bends down. As it is, I'm sure some nut job will complain about the toddler's diaper showing.

It can all be traced to bad parenting.
    I promise.
    Piss poor parenting.

Yeah, that damn kid. Parents need to teach 'em about pulling up his pants and wearing a belt.
