    So in your world, graffiti=cross?

    If the ACLU can go to court to defend photographers who drop a crucifix in a jar of piss, they can stomach a cross in a public place just sitting there. Best advice: don't look.

    The Constitution says the state can't establish its own religion or sanction a religion. It doesn't say freedom FROM religion, forcing all symbols and images of religion to be wiped from the public view or consciousness.
