    Aren't we still waiting to hear about the Dodgers' punishment for international signing rulebreaking that reportedly led to someone in the organization keeping a spreadsheet ranking by level of criminality/rulebreaking the various individuals in the organization? With the excuse for the delay in punishment being waiting for the feds to finish their investigation?
