The Norwich Bulletin is seeking a leader for its Sports Copy Desk who can take our editing, headlines and designs to the next level. Share your vision of presenting sports in a new and dynamic way, incorporating multimedia, non-traditional storytelling and capturing the personalities and news off the field as well as on it. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience on a copy desk and be able to juggle several pages and other duties a night. High schools and local sports are our bread and butter, but we also have UConn in our backyard. Send your cover letter, resume and work samples to Executive Editor Jim Konrad at jkonrad@norwichbulletin.com (PDFs are encouraged). EOE, M/F

Stay away! Very far away. I hear it's worse under Gatehouse than it was with Gannett, which should tell you everything you need to know.

With all due respect, shouldn't you only warn people to stay away if you have first-hand knowledge. Especially in these times where there aren't any jobs out there.

can folks who are unemployed afford to stay away from very many jobs these days?
It's not like the board is filled with primo jobs these days.

They'll get more than 150 applications for this job. Easy.

OK, so having never worked there, can someone tell what is so awful about it?
