Jon Litchfield left for High Point. He was Director of Sports Info., so I have to assume Tom Chen took over as this is his position. I have a little insight into the program and know pretty much the whole Sports Info Department, so PM with any questions.

 

Interesting this took so long to open up. The Northeastern head job was vacated in early May, and it's now mid August. Maybe they were just trying to get by for a few months over the summer without spending on payroll.

 

Is Jack Grinold still involved in the athletic department on any level? Is he still alive?

 

Yes. He's only in the office a few days a week, but is doing well after a bit of a rough stretch last year.

 

Used to work with a fella in there, Ben Miller. Really knew his stuff at Northeastern, really helpful with coverage of the teams.

 

Rumor has it they are hiring from within.
