Asking SEC Football media help

    Fred Reid, who played at Mississippi State, is stepping in tomorrow for Winnipeg in a huge CFL game at Toronto. What can you guys/girls tell me about him?

    He put in a little time this past season with the indoor football team (Mississippi MudCats) here in Tupelo ... he came and went before I could sit down to talk with him at much length.

    He was a junior in Jackie Sherrill's last season (2003) at Mississippi State - returned a kickoff 100 yards for a TD in a win against Memphis – and a senior in Sylvester Croom's first season.

    He kinda got lost in the shuffle behind Jerious Norwood. You might even say he was Jerious Norwood Lite.
