Seems if you have cancer in your blood stream, a sneeze transmission is the next step.

Cancer is already a transmittable disease among some animal species. The Tasmanian devil population, for one, is being decimated because of virus that can transmit cancer from one to another.

How bad of a sneeze would it need to be to transmit colon cancer?

I'd go ahead and leave your prostate in. But I'm not a doctor.
