Bill gets Pete Rosed out of football. If his assistants were in on it and cover it up, they get the same or a lesser penalty. If it went higher than BB, then strip them of every other first rounder for the next six years.

    That might be a start.

The Warren Commission. Aye, what a ringing endorsement of this country's jurisprudential efficacy.

This is plain: Specter is one of the withered faces, but really just one face in a pathetic crowd, of a failed legislature trying to prove to the moneyed folks back in Abington that he's actually doing something.

If it helps the Eagles fans' Id feel better, it's all good.

Arlen Specter thinks that Chuck Bednarik is calling signals for Dick Vermeil.

Shocker. Now he's 'too busy' to continue probe. What a disingenuous fuck.

ESPN.com: Senator Arlen Specter, who threatened a probe into the NFL's handling of "Spygate," says he has no plans to seek hearings on the matter.
Specter has been the most vocal critic of commissioner Rodger Goodell's investigation. He had little support, however, among fellow congressmen, some of whom questioned his motives at a time when Americans had more significant concerns. As the NFL had already moved on, this should close out the final chapter on the "Sypgate" scandal.

Maybe they can turn their attention to the league that is fixing playoff games.
