Arkansas Razorbacks Football Games in Fayetteville or Little Rock

In exchange for media credentials, I'll provide written article or radio guest summary for either side of the ball for these games. I will pay my own expenses, provide my own equipment and will agree in writing to be an independent contractor.

I covered the Tulsa Golden Hurricane in Fayetteville last season through a Tulsa outlet last year and provided a five minute radio summary of the game as well as Tulsa player photos for their website.

Although I mainly write, I have a guest spot on Monday afternoons this fall somewhere in the 4-6 p.m. drive time slot on ESPN affiliate 99.5 Hog Sports Radio out of Springdale, Arkansas.

I'm a second year FWAA member and write on Hog Database. My experience is much more extensive than I put in the public domain, so if you're interested, I'll provide that.

Here are a couple of writing examples. While they aren't game summaries, the subjects are more difficult than a game to analyze and tell a story.

I appreciate your remark and agree that the singular is appropriate. Media in Arkansas regularly refer to Arkansas Razorback football as opposed to the formal Arkansas Razorbacks football without much worry, and I've seen similar with Tulsa. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/blogs/college-gridiron-365/os-tulsa-golden-hurricanes-a-team-that-will-surprise-20130520,0,5189409.post Thanks.

Well, that article is wrong. Just like Stanford is the Stanford Cardinal, Tulsa is the Golden Hurricane. Neither are plural.
