    This just seems like a step that will put this paper and any other paper that tries it one step closer to the grave. I think it will fail miserably. Give people an iPad to read your paper? What are you going to do when they start reading other papers on that iPad for free and realize they don't need your paper any more? Dumb idea.

    The Globe stopped incognito viewing and I just tried the site on outline.com and the response was that the URL was not supported.

    Yeah, you'll run into that. Some of the firewalls guard against outline.com. Three of my five main newspaper sites, it works. Two, it doesn't.
