Are you more absent-minded then a fifth-grader? Or than me?

    About 10 minutes ago I walked across the room to my fireplace mantle to look for a pair of scissors so I could open this box I got in the mail today. While standing there I decided to light my candles. Then I went and checked on dinner and washed a couple dishes. Then I came over to my computer to check out SportsJournalists.com.

    Five minutes after that I realized the box is still sitting here unopened and I have no idea where my scissors are.

    Shortly I am going to go get my dinner and forget to check the replies to this post.
