Are there any reliable freelancers in So or E Virginia?

    I'm beginning to wonder, because I haven't found one, yet. Except for one guy, but he moved to Okinawa, and isn't willing to commute to Tidewater...

    I've got a few coll grid and AHL gigs to dish out in the coming weeks, and I'd like to put them in reliable hands....
