    You can count me as a fan of Gary Shelton's. Was always a strong reporter and he brought that mindset to the column. I know Sally Jenkins finished well in a couple of categories but there is not a word she writes that I won't read. I love her attitude and think she got too little love here.

    I don't visit here as much as I used to, so correct me if I missed a thread. But I found it hard to believe that little if anything was said about the top 10, and then the winner, in the all-circ size investigative category.
    No. 1 is not one of the big papers; it's not one of the Web sites.
    Major props to Rachel George for her work and to the editors and others in Wilmington who helped make it possible.
