APSE entries are in the mail -- how do you think you did?

Jgmacq -- that was funny, apse, not a word you see very often.
I'm only a writer, I don't put our stuff together, but from my perspective, I'm always surprised --- times I've thought I would get something, I haven't, and other times I've gotten something (we're talking honorable mention, I'm not all that) for stuff I barely even considered average.
I need a category better suited to my strengths. Once at an Olympics I proposed an award for "Best sidebar written on a bus on the way back to the media center." Sadly, it didn't catch on.
