Applewood smoked bacon

    Moddy, the bacon is smoked with Applewood chips, before it's sliced up, packaged, and shipped out to the grocery stores.

    You can taste a hint of apple, but it's bacon. The maple smoked version, you can tell the maple it's so heavy in it.

    This jingle is still in my head from 25-30 years ago, so Applewood Bacon doesn't sound like anything new to me.

    I don't always smoke my bacon. But when I do, it's dumpster fire smoked bacon.

    A bit of possum in the coals is a great way to smoke your favorite meat.
