Hypotheticall, if you banged your wife's little sister and apologized for it.. would you expect her to accept it?

Just because you are ready to ask for forgiveness, doesn't mean the person is ready to forgive.


BTW: You should get over this, the old bat was was a bitch. It happens.

 

I'm talking about honest mistakes that don't hurt anyone. There's a big difference between that and the situation you just described.

 

That could be an honest mistake. Maybe you didn't know she was your wife's sister!

You didn't specify that. You just stated that when you apologize, you expect them to accept it.

 

She was probably the grandmother of one of the kids whose team photo you couldn't find room for.

 

You know this for a fact?

You don't know her situation. She could be hard of hearing and didn't hear or understand what was said. Now we're told she has mental issues. She could have been having a panic attack and needed space. Or a lot of other things.

Sure, she might be a bitch, but IMO we need more evidence than simply not reacting the way the OP wanted her to act.

 

Maybe she was pissed off because Larry King wasn't interested in her.
