I like my pancakes still a LITTLE gooey in the middle. Not runny, but not super spongy either. Everything else I eat, I like almost overcooked. Not pancakes.

    Now I want pancakes.

According to half the men of sj, Venus Williams' breasts are like pancakes.

I like most things a little undercooked, and pancakes definitely fall into that category.

Few things top undercooked pancakes and chewy bacon.

Liz Lemon's boyfriend makes M&M pancakes in last Thursday's 30 Rock. That sounds like a great way to avoid the massive chocolate smears you get from chocolate chip pancakes.

NO. BACON MUST BE SO CRISP AS TO SHATTER INTO PIECES WHEN YOU BITE INTO IT.

I will not argue this. Fatty bacon = gross.

I grew up with crispy bacon. It tastes like bacon salt. I like meat to taste like meat.

    Agreed.

The wife is not so big on having syrup around the pancakes because of the kids. She puts in enough bananas that the lack of syrup doesn't have much impact on the pancakes themselves, but I do love me a piece of crispy bacon with accidental syrup.

Also, claiming "Accidental Syrup" as a band name.

    Future suitors, be warned.

And I just apply syrup directly to the bacon.
