    If Bolt didn't win it last year, why would he win it this year?

    And when will AP release its Mathlete of the Year?

    Because last year Phelps set more records at the Olympics than Bolt did.

    This year, at the World Championships, Bolt lowered the world records he set last year ...unheard of in the history of track.
